Testimonials

A Good Fit "Bright Elementary is where I belong because I feel like what I do matters. Another reason Bright is the right fit for me is the ability to connect what we are learning in the classroom to the world around us. This helps me see the purpose and value to my schoolwork."
Bright Elementary "When my son was in the 4th grade at Bright, his teacher was concerned about his classroom performance and attention level. After talking to her, I took my son to the pediatrician and tested him for ADHD. His doctor placed him on meds and he is a changed child. I am forever grateful for this teacher and how she cared so much to bring up the possibility of this. Thank you to the school district!"
Graduate & Teacher "Since my early childhood days at Smart Elementary, with wonderful teachers and an amazing principal, I knew I wanted to not only be a teacher but hopefully work within the school district. With hard work and a lot of determination, I am fortunate to be a school grad in 1990 and now employee. I've loved my 12 years of teaching at TLC Elementary and East MS. The district is not only my educator and employer but also my family."
Leader in Me “My youngest attends Bright Elementary school. She is extremely shy at times and has anxiety. The leader in me program has help her tremendously. She beams with excitement about how she contributes to running the classroom. The 7 steps gave her so much confidence in her abilities as a student and friend to her classmates.”
